Main tasks and responsibilities:• Drive the development of fit and silhouette together with BO and PO team to ensure grading and fit in all sizes. • Responsible for fit, sizes and silhouette at fitting sessions. • Lead, inspire, guide and develop pattern maker assistant. • Continuously follow up, evaluate and update fit, silhouettes and technical dressmaking solutions.
