Retail Area Manager – HUGO BOSS

Beskrivning av tjänst We are looking for an experienced Retail Area Manager for Sweden and Finland to provide a link between the head office in Denmark and the Retail Stores in Sweden and Finland. The role is based out of Stockholm with app. 200 travel days per year. Key responsibilities: Overseeing the retail stores in relation to general operations, sales performance and staffing issues Frequent store visits, floor walks and store assessments Harmonizing standards across the business, and instigating sharing of best practices Ensure that all stores adhere to all HUGO BOSS policies and procedures Implement and monitor store KPI’s Controlling costs through analysis of P&L sheets including payroll spends Required qualifications: Demonstrable success gained in a Store Manager position and understand how to represent brand values Must have been responsible for a significant turnover store and/or had previous field based/multi-site experience Must have several years of experience managing people within a retail environment, preferably with a recognized brand Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with all levels within the company Fluent in English and preferably one of the Scandinavian languages Enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated.
