Key Account Manager for a new concept within H&M New Business

Beskrivning av tjänstH&M New Business currently consists of seven separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday, H&M Home and ARKET. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for one of the most exciting and ground-breaking projects ever made within the group, Project 12. Are you up for the challenge? In this role, your responsibilities will among others be to:* Develop relationships with existing partners* Coordinate communication between key accounts and internal teams such as Buying, B2C-Sales, Marketing and IT. * Develop an understanding of key account needs* Present strategic recommendations to several different points of contact * Drive sales through strategic planning * Analyze sales performance* Provide sales forecasts * Expand existing relationships and convert leads into partners * Play an active role throughout the partner recruitment process, including the technical onboarding process To be successful in this role you:* Are an experienced Key Account Manager or equivalent within B2B-Sales * Have the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels* Hold a strong track record in solution-oriented sales * Have strong analytical skills and the ability to take actions based on your analysis* Have previous experience working in CRM and or BI Analytics plus the Microsoft Office package* Have previous experience and keen interest in E-commerce and Web-technology * Are interested in fashion and industry trends, both digital and physical retail* Have a degree within Business / Engineering / Computer Science As a person you:* Are proactive and make things happen – a doer who does rather than waits
