The GUESS by Marciano spring / summer 2011 collection is infused with a colorful palette of prints and bold solids that take design cues from the 1970’s. The women’s collection is dominated by ditsy floral, paisley and geometric prints that are offered in a range of fabrications, setting the tone for the new collection which delivers on-trend pieces that translate easily from day to night. The women’s spring / summer collection features boucle and romantic rosette accented jackets, which are complimented by soft chunky knits and crochet pieces that give an ethereal dimension to the collection. The neutrals also extend into the military and utilitarian inspired pieces including belted jackets, suiting separates and silk trousers.
