Beskrivning av tjänst Totême is looking for a sales and logistics coordinator to join our team in Stockholm. As sales and logistics coordinator you will be responsible for the wholesale distribution and customer care as well as assisting with accounts payables and receivables. Key responsibilities:• Manage all outbound and inbound shipments regarding wholesale both main season and re-orders.• Collecting and placing orders, manage credit, returns, and all activities related to accounts receivables.• Sales support for wholesale customers.• Preparing for all necessary documentation for wholesale customers and international shipments.• Managing stock control and warehouse contact.• Assisting CFO with accounting Requirements:• Relevant academic degree.• Experience within logistics or wholesale distribution.• Highly efficient with a can-do and hands-on attitude• Organized and structured• Capable of multi-tasking and work independently.• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.• Passionate about fashion in general and Totême’s products and brand in particular Totême is a pioneering new brand focusing on affordable luxury within the leisure wear segment market.
