Beskrivning av tjänstJOB DESCRIPTION In this role as quality and CSR coordinator at Acne Studios you will act as the main contact and quality and CSR specialist for your designated product categories, which currently are denim, jersey, fleece, knit and accessories.The quality and CSR department is a support function within the product/production department and you will report to the Quality & CSR Manager. The role includes regular cooperation with concerned product developers and you will be the contact person towards other departments for your product categories on quality and CSR matters. It is a versatile job which requires both hands-on practical skills and highly qualified research and communication skills. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Structure, develop and formalize internal processes and standards on quality and CSR Support product developers on problem solving and implementation of internal routines Research and stay up to date on materials, test methods, product care, legislation, chemicals, animal welfare and other related business standards Communicate with external laboratories on testing standards and perform quality testing at our internal test lab Investigate and follow up customer claims on an aggregated level Support our distribution channels; Wholesale, Retail and E-tail, on matters such as product care, claims, spare parts etc.
