The position is a maternity cover of minimum 1 year. As Operational Manager your main responsibilities will be to:* optimize the store performance and drive all KPI’s* enforce and establish measures to improve store productivity* increase the sqm productivity in all stores* optimize alignment between all needed parties* ensure an improvement of brand image and interaction with every customer by making sure that sales and commercial & operational standards are followed You will be a very important part of our dedicated PSS team and work closely with the Head of Wholesale, our Area Managers, Visual Merchandisers and store partners to optimize the store performance and retail standards
