Straying from the usual ”zombie-like Angelina,” she repeatedly struck an odd cheerleader like pose on the red carpet! During every interview, posing for photographs. Angie’s right leg was on full display in a sky-high slit. Even when Angelina presented the award for Best Adapted Screenplay she stomps on stage, throws one leg out, juts her hip, places her hand on her waist and proceeds to present the award standing there like she was modeling the last look in a Victoria’s Secret runway show. And when the writers of ”The Descendants” went onstage to accept the award, they all struck ”the Angelina Pose” aka throwing their right leg out and looking crazy.     Gerard Butler was just in the news last week for being in rehab, but last night he proved he is out and doing quite well actually! The actor only left the Betty Ford Center two days ago, but he is already back on the Hollywood scene!! He hit up the Vanity Fair Oscars party looking happy, healthy, and of course hot!! Decked out in a spiffy tux, he partied at the famous Oscars soiree at West Hollywood Sunset Towers. He was in good company, with most of Hollywood’s A-list attending that very party, including David and Victoria Beckham, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and Best Supporting Actress winner Octavia Spencer. Gerard had actually a very quiet rehab stint. He had been in treatment for three weeks before it even went public, and it seems his exit was just as subtle as his entrance. This is a great ending to a hard chapter in Gerard’s life! He was being treated for cocaine use and pain management following an accident on set.

    Film- och tv-branschen firade sina skådespelare i nattens Screen actors guild awards. Den som spanar efter trender inför Oscarsgalan fick några intressanta hintar. George Clooney och Meryl Streep har legat säkert till för ”The descendants” och ”Järnladyn”, men de senaste veckorna har branschexperter börjat luta mer åt två andra skådespelare. Nattens gala gav dem rätt och kan påverka inför Oscar.  Jean Dujardin, inte Clooney, vann Bästa manliga huvudroll för ”The artist”. Viola Davis, inte Streep, vann Bästa kvinnliga huvudroll för ”Niceville”.
