tjo! jag håller på med MMA och satt här och tänkte lite: 1. Hur ska jag träna benet för att inte få ont i skenbenet när motståndaren blockar med sitt skenben? 2. Hur ska jag träna benet för att kunna ta emot hårda leg kicks. Kan ge ut bra leg kicks och använder det när vi sparras osv. en jabb sedan hårt leg kick. Men som frågorna ovan så är det ju bra att kunna tåla också om man möter ngn som kör på likaadant som mig själv. //Zibb
