Sports CLUB is a local non-profit organization that began in 1999 with a mission to provide opportunities to children and their families for after-school care that teaches the ultimate balance between academics, the arts and physical activity. The program was initially offered in two schools and quickly grew to include many public and private schools. As the demand grew, the organization was able to acquire the Sports CLUB Center that is now the hub of many other programs and offerings, such as gymnastics, dance, drama, basketball and much more. This year the Sports CLUB will be celebrating it’s success of the past 15 years, while looking forward to the future and its continued development. On August 24, Sports CLUB, 3275 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, 239-566-2582 www.SportsCLUBNaples.com will be hosting a ”Let’s Dance-A-Thon” Family Fun event which will include dancing, games, football activities, food, raffles, crafts, contests and gift bags. We will be kicking off our 15th Anniversary and unveiling our efforts to create the newest Sports CLUB Center addition…the Florida Wildlife Playground
