CELEBRITY GPS: Near Jumper at Rockefeller Center in New York.

Yesterday, midtown was held captive when a man ascended to the top of Rockefeller Center and threatened to jump. After a very tense hour, the police were able to talk him down. The man has been identified as 23 year-old Jorge Ruiz.
