Lyxkonglomeraten LVMH och Kering, som äger flera stora modemärken, har skapat nya regler för att förbättra arbetsvillkoren för modeller. Kering äger Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga och Stella McCartney med flera, medan LVMH äger bland annat Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior Couture, Céline och Marc Jacobs. Inför New York Fashion Week presenterade Kering och LMVH det nya regelverket som syftar till att skydda modellernas hälsa, välbefinnande och rättigheter. Enligt reglerna måste kvinnliga modeller vara storlek 32 eller större, och manliga modeller måste vara storlek 44 eller större.

You will work in a team along with design, product development, production and purchase for both our Better Bodies and Gasp brands. Beskrivning av tjänstThe CR and Quality Manager is responsible for Tiger of Sweden Quality Assurance System, containing quality standards and requirements, code of conduct, production related chemical issues and overall responsibility for Corporate Responsibility for the brand, on the product and out through the total supply chain. Represent and present the areas of responsibilities in strategic – and sales meetings. Quality Assurance* Own “The content” in the Standard Operations Procedures of Quality Assurance, Quality standard and labeling documents* Roll out new updates of Standard Operations Procedures and have trainings accordingly with Production Buying Offices, suppliers and buyers* Give input about Tiger of Sweden’s quality standards to any supplier, quality control set-up or agents used in production and be the contact person for the same. Quality Claims* Be the responsible contact person on quality claims in sourcing and design.* Be the contact person for claims and quality issues for the organization and warehouse.* If any quality claim occurs, ensure a fast and reaction based process and make sure that samples and final products of the quality claim are received.* Follow up on statistics for claims each week and communicate in each channel Corporate Responsibility* Being the owner of all CR related processes* Make sure to be updated on trends and latest news when it comes to CR related issues.* Giving input about Tiger of Sweden CR strategy and implement the CR work on all departments and functions within the company* Be responsible for the annual CR reporting Chemicals* Be updated on any new regulation of chemical that might affect us and update the Restricted Substances List accordingly.* Be responsible for the chemical procedure and working routine for Tiger of Sweden* Follow the chemical workflow process and make risk assessment on each collection. Follow up and analyze the result of failed chemical tests for each collection.
