Beskrivning av tjänstThe Buying Controller’s most important task is to make sure that we have the right products to meet the demand of Daniel Wellington products all around the world. You will be a key player in Daniel Wellington’s supply-chain and collaborate closely with category managers and stakeholders at the sales-, marketing- and logistic departments. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills who wants to take ownership of our purchasing and take it to the next level. What you’ll be up to* Supporting the organization with analysis, monitoring and planning to create a better and more profitable purchase and supply-chain* Communicating your findings in an educational way* Working proactively with the analysis and propose measures based on themForecasting* Analyzing and monitoring key figures* Supporting and collaborating with the category managers* Developing and streamlining the support system* Communicating with suppliers and administrating the buying- and transfer orders* Developing purchase globally for all sales channels Your background* 4-7 years of work experience within controlling and full understanding of the purchase process related to the business* Relevant academic education within business/logistics/buying or equivalent* Advanced excel skills* Experience from working with BI and ERP-system* Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish* Advantage with experience from a company with international sales Your profile* You are a social and driven person who get things done* You have high integrity and amazing analytical skills* You appreciate to work in a team and to be part of a bigger picture.* You are humble and you have an operational personality that find the simple solutions
